This job is 100% remote (work from home) and you will work 9am - 5pm US Eastern Standard Time_Part of the IT team, the Salesforce Administrator will be partnering with various business units throughout the organization to help them extract the benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM system. In this role, you will be creating user accounts, maintaining our sales databases and train staff on the effective use of Salesforce products. You will also create visibility for our Sales Operations by helping us create dashboards and reports.**Responsibilities**:- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products- Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups- Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data- Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards- Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing- Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support- Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables- Preparing reports for sales and other departments- Handing sandbox refreshes**Our Company Values**:- **Give back to those communities that have gotten us where we are today.** Our technical solutions help and positively impact our customers with their mission driven purpose.- **Foster a culture of caring in all working relationships.** Respect for each other and our diverse backgrounds and experiences. We evolve where necessary and incorporate best practices**Required Qualifications**- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification- 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems- Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration- Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities- Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access- Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports- Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support**Preferred Qualifications**:- Knowledge of PSA**What We Offer**:- Health Insurance- Paid vacation and holidays- Remote work- This is a full-time position where you be employed through our Mexico Subsidiary._Check out our Great Place to Work Certified Badge here.**Culture of Caring**We aim to foster a culture of caring.
