Strong process engineering capabilities and skills to support & guide engineering with continuous process improvement, specific customer requirements. Develop, document and transfer knowledge to all our company engineering community.The Senior Process Engineer Mgr. will be responsible for leading teams for continuous improvement, working on improving process engineering capabilities in order to support a specific area of a manufacturing organization.What a typical day looks like:- Implement the advanced technology qualification initiatives according to site roadmaps for the region.- Work with technology roadmaps developments and implementation activities from our customers.- Global Best Practice developments / Standardization of BP between sites.- Improve and update Flex PCBA design guidelines, among other design guidelines.- Develop and maintain new process solutions, find workaround solution for chronic problems.- Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications.- Work with other engineering team members to design manufacturable new products.- Improve process designs and products to achieve KPI.- Ability to work under pressure.- Develop, test, and implement new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and lead cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas.- VAVE leader, check product manufacturability, reparability/ Quote support to BD.- Lead initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in key customers.- Implement appropriate strategies and actions to keep site ready for coming technology challenges.- Development of training material to simply knowledge transfer via Videos, MPIs, documents- Lead and create novel solution and document those in BPs, Patents, or IP.- Support buildings & site in the process troubleshooting and problem resolution / Provide technical assistant for all Flex engineering community, including Mgrs. and Directors.- Data mining, six sigma expert is key skill in this position.Experience we are looking to add to our team:- Relevant experience, in process engineering/Mfg. Engineering.- Engineering Bachelor’s degree.- Senior experience in a global electronic manufacturing company.- Great communication skills.- Ability to interface and communicate with different levels of the organization.- No travel restrictions.- Leadership experience.- Strong working knowledge of the project management methodology, procedures, practices & controls.- Fluent English.- Six Sigma knowledge (preferably black belt).- Strong SMT and backend knowledge.- DFM pre and post assembly.Some examples of what you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.Job CategoryProduction Engineering
