Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the Process Engineer Manager the Sr Process Engineer role will be responsible for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality, and delivery improvements in order to hold up a manufacturing organization.What a typical day looks like:- Understand the manufacturing process, technologies, techniques, and products on PCBA.- Define, Implement, and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.- Have the capability to independently or together with other engineering stakeholders to identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process.- High-level participation in daily production activities and effective problem solving on daily issues.- Prepare justification, purchase, and implement capital equipment for production.- Support and oversee new process equipment production.- Support the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs).- Establish robust, repeatable, and reproducible process parameters- Develop, implement, and take ownership of process control methodologies.- Trouble shooting process-related issues.- Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements.- Evaluate and select various engineered materials.- Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.- Experience Sr in a similar position.- Experience as Process Engineer in the electronics, automotive or manufacturing industry.- Strong knowledge of the complete PCBA process.- Lean Manufacturing Knowledge.- Experience in SMT and PTH process.- Knowledge of SPC.- English advanced.- Experience in personnel management.- Availability to travel of 10%.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.- Life Insurance.KJ12Job CategoryProduction Engineering**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
