The Marketing Manager plays a critical role managing selected brands to create a valued customer experience and brand reputation.**Major Responsabilities**:- Understand customer insights and develop a compelling value proposition for the brands;- Lead a cross functional team in the development and implementation of marketing tactics that create a brand experience valued by customers within the compliance guidelines;- Communicate effectively with the sales organization to understand needs and optimize implementation of marketing tactics;- Build positive relationships with relevant external stakeholders, key influencers, and opinion leaders within the industry;- Deliver sales forecast to Supply Chain and ensure forecast accuracy of 80%;- Lead Trilogy Meeting to keep the integration alignment between sales, technical and mkt;- Opex planning and monitoring;- Build robust brand plans to launch new products and ensure proper execution.**Calificaciones mínimas (educación, experiência y/o entrenamiento, certificaciones requeridas)**:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, veterinarians, engineers or administrative professions- Fluent English, Spanish- Strong leadership skills to influence other people in different functions and levels.- Demonstrated problem solving ability with a consultative mindset- Interpersonal and teamwork skills for effective interactions- Communication skills: clarity on oral and written- Deep understanding of respective specie/industry- Project management skills to set priorities and manage multiple tasks- Strong business acumen- Travel 30% of the time**Preferencias adicionales**:- Desirable: MBAElanco is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status
