**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Negocios / Marketing / Comunicaciones o un campo relacionado.
- Preferiblemente maestría. (Marketing, Marketing Digital o a fin)
- Más de 5 años de experiência.
- Más de 2 años de experiência en una función de gestión de marca.
- Más de 2 años gestionando un equipo de gestión de marca.
- Conocimiento de fuentes sindicadas. (AC Nielsen, IRI, CCT+, Home Scan)
- Capacidad de aplicar conceptos básicos de marketing. (Posicionamiento de marca, arquitectura de marca, análisis FODA)

**Funciones**:

- Proponer y monitorear estrategias de marketing mix. (IMC /360 / Digital / Retail)
- Poseer el patrimonio de la marca, garantizar la identidad de la marca.
- Implementar la estrategia de retail.
- Orquestar el o los lanzamientos de producto.
- Adaptar el material de comunicación. (Imágenes, digital, punto de venta)
- Analiza la información derivada de la investigación de mercados y de otras fuentes.
- Desarrolla una comprensión integral de la base de consumidores de la marca, sus actitudes y comportamientos.
- Gestiona y garantiza que los recursos de marketing se utilicen de manera eficiente.
- Entrena y desarrolla a los miembros del Equipo de Marketing.
