ENABLING YOU TO SHAPE A BETTER TOMORROW.- **Code number**:J - **Entry level**:Professionals- **Location**:Mexico- **Organization**:MHP Mexico- **Tasks**Tasks**Tasks**:- We are seeking an SAP Demand-to-Supply Analyst to provide Level 2 and Level 3 AMS support for demand, supply, and inventory planning in SAP S/4HANA. This role ensures accurate planning, execution, and integration between supply chain and production functions.- **Responsibilities**- Monitor demand planning, supply planning, and inventory levels in SAP- Support users in SAP APO, IBP, or S/4HANA integrated planning transactions- Troubleshoot standard errors in forecasts, planning runs, and stock allocations- Escalate complex issues to 3rd Level Support- Resolve complex planning, integration, or master data issues across Demand-to-Supply processes- Support enhancements, automation, and process optimization initiatives- Collaborate with SAP development and consulting teams on bug fixes and system improvements- Ensure planning accuracy, service levels, and inventory optimization-- **Qualifications**Qualifications**Qualifications**:4-7 years of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain modules (PP, MM, SD, IBP/APO) and demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management- Understanding of supply chain processes, MRP, and order fulfillment- Experience with SAP Fiori apps, alerts, and basic reporting- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills- Experience with advanced planning tools and demand-supply analytics- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-team collaboration skills- Ability to handle escalations and drive solutions for critical supply chain issues**Optional Qualifications**- SAP S/4HANA or IBP certifications- Knowledge of supply chain optimization, Lean principles, and Industry 4.0- Fluent English, agile/SAFe experience-- **At a Glance**At a Glance**At a Glance**:- As a technology and business partner, MHP has been digitizing the processes and products of its around 300 mobility and manufacturing sector customers worldwide for 29 years.
