Marketing Leader We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our firm's marketing strategy and intake optimization. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume marketing environments and understand how to convert leads into cases efficiently. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across multiple channels, including digital, paid media, SEO, TV, social, and referral. Manage external vendors, advertising partners, and agencies with strict performance oversight. Collaborate with Intake leadership to improve conversion rates, responsiveness, and qualification processes. Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems across marketing and intake functions. Requirements 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns. 5+ years in a leadership role managing both marketing and operations teams. Deep fluency with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, CRM/Intake systems, analytics tools). Proven success in managing intake performance and lead conversion in a high-volume environment.
