We are seeking a project workflow expert with exceptional organization skills and excellent communication skills who thrives in a team environment and has the ability to inspire and manage multiple teams and tasks.Tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Develop monthly, quarterly or annual communications plans and strategies as neededEnsure all components of a marketing program are aligned with the strategic communication planManage the project management schedules, project deadlines and creative asset coordination with social media director, creative director, copywriter, videographer, and graphic designerLead project planning, tracking and reporting progress of campaignsCreate and implement an overall risk mitigation strategy across all social media platformsCollaborate with team leaders on the vision, goals, and strategy for each campaignPrepare monthly social marketing campaign outlines in accordance with the strategic communication planManage multiple and overlapping campaign schedules throughout the yearResearch current and relevant topics and information on clients/verticals you manageRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience3-5 years of Project/Program Management in Media or MarketingExperience managing projects with various marketing tactics/strategiesExperience working with and leading marketing teamsExperience leading multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent customer relations skillsExcellent leadership and people management skillsOrganized, diligent, and master of time managementFriendly, communicative people-personTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $10,214.00 - $26,940.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 22010, Tijuana, B.C.
