We don't create standard products but focus on individual needs and solutions.With more than 800 dedicated LEMAN colleagues worldwide, we are large enough to deliver high-quality global supply chain solutions while remaining small enough to care about each and every one of our customers.Responsibilities & what we are looking for**Position Overview**:This position is responsible for handling all aspects of our clients’ air import shipments to USA territory from route planning, pricing, customer service, compliance and accounting/closing of shipments financially. This position is the face of LEMAN to our clients; therefore, should be able to maintain and close additional business with the current customer portfolio. This position works with key stakeholders to increase business. The main stakeholders are the Commercial Team, Branch Managers, Product Heads, and others, as needed.**Location**: Mexico City, Mexico (On-site office)**Key Responsibilities**:- Handle Air import shipments from start to finish, ensuring smooth and efficient customs clearance and delivery.- Coordinate with clients, airlines, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.- Prepare USA import documentation, including customs entries, invoices, and bills of lading.- File ISF for customers and coordinate- Maintain and grow business within their customer portfolio.- Work with various Air carriers and other vendors providing services to LEMAN and its customers.- Issue quotations and bookings per customer requests.- Accurate and timely invoice for both customers and agents.- Ensure LEMAN receives correct and timely billings from vendors and agents.- Escalate customer complaints to branch management and commercial owner.- Close files as soon as all information is complete. Profit and loss statements must be run and working files must be filed away.- Perform other duties as assigned.**Qualifications and Skills**:- High school diploma is required.- Associate degree in Business, Logistics, or similar, a plus.- Adaptable - responds effectively to changes in situation or information.- Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required.- Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize, and have strong time management.- Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.- Cargo Wise one experience.What we offer**Sabbatical**: Need a break from the daily grind?
