Provide financial leadership and guidance to business partners and finance staff. Ensure that appropriate financial processes and systems are in place in accordance with local government laws and corporate policies.**Core responsibilities**:- Develop timely and actionable information for annual and quarterly forecasts.- Pro-actively understand and provide insights on trends, opportunities, and challenges in own industry and in the external environment. Help shape new business models/opportunities and ensure our infrastructure remains nimble and drive value added initiatives implementation.- Provide financial modelling for investment proposals and plans, including modelling scenarios for changes / optimizations to drive cost and inventory reductions, as well as provide recommendations and action plans.- Facilitate financial and business review meetings with multiple stakeholders with Cluster & Regional Leadership.- Provide financial leadership regarding Cash Collection by partnering with different functions (such as Invoice to Cash) and influencing the commercial teams to ensure Cash Collection to drive Free Cashflow.- Solid Financial Background to support the review of local statutory financial figures in compliance with local regulations. Ensure accurate Financial closing figures, such as Quarter and Year-End closing data in line with SOX controls.- Identify and implement Best in Class practices to help drive operational efficiencies. Support digital capabilities to enable process improvements.- Provide management and direction for individual leaders through developmental guidance and performance evaluation, ensuring team effectiveness and efficient performance.- Actively coach others and identify or create developmental or stretch assignments into other specialty areas, business units, sectors, and/or geographies.- Support compliance with all local government, legislations and company regulations, policies, and procedures with the highest standards of financial integrity.- Critically review all internal processes and standard procedures and drive continuous improvements and alignment (cross sector, cross country), ensuring direct reports do the same.- Lead the development of consistent processes and metrics; perform or lead ad-hoc requests and analysis, supporting continuous improvement activities. Focus on process improvements / automation.- Partners with Finance teams locally and regionally, Global Services Finance, Tax and Treasury, to ensure financial accuracy.**Qualifications**:Qualifications and requirements:- Education level required: Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Business management;- MBA/advanced degree (preferred)- Fluent in English- Technology proficiency in Microsoft office- 8 years of relevant work experience in Finance- Minimum of 2 years of experience as Finance Manager- Skills: Strong Financial Skills, Critical and Strategic Thinking, Influence Business Partners with Fact-Based Data, Advanced Communication, Strong business partnership and Collaboration.
