Business Development Manager – Mexico City We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading successful teams. Your primary focus will be on generating revenue and fostering business growth through strategic client relationships and customer success. You will lead efforts in customer onboarding, revenue retention, and upselling, while building strong relationships with our Sales Director and clients. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practices to drive revenue growth. Lead and motivate a dynamic team to achieve sales targets and client performance targets (CPTs). Analyze data and performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans. Maintain a balanced level of communication with the Sales Director and external facing clients to ensure strategic client relationships are fostered and developed.
