Overview:Automation Engineer is a Communication bridge to ensure all semi/automation efforts go through the validation process and the monitoring of Corporate Process Team; and further leverage the semi/automation program or idea to the sister plants.**Responsibilities**:- Investigate and recommend suitable automation system that could increase manufacturing capabilities, increase quality, and decrease processing costs.- Understanding of assembly processes in order to find opportunities to introduce automation.- Focus on certain job station, to design automated equipment and jigs, fixtures, dies, mols required for production parts and assemblies.- When needed, review the design of vendors automatio proposal to ensure it requirements can be meet.- Responsible for automation system's installation and commissioning to meet plant quality, cost and delivery metrics.- Give technical assistance and guidance to Equipment Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering. Support trouble shooting of the equipment after in use.- Participate in technical meeting with Project Team to see if automation can be introduced in BRT.- Creating preventive maintenance schedules for tools and equipment.- Manage of technician resources- Responsible of develop programs for integration and comunication with IOT.- Work Instruction and Set Up Instructions CreationQualifications:- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Manufacturing Engineering.- 3 years work - experience in automation area.- Preventive maintenance Implementation Experience- PLC Programming SIEMENS as preference, Tia Portal- Lab View Programming (Web Services, Data Analysis, SAP Communication)- Automation Project leadership- Hand - On, proactive and self - starter.- Self - Motivated.- Logical Thinking, Trouble Shooting and Strong Problem Solving Skills.- Uses an structured thought process.- Team Work and customer orientation mindset.- Committed to helping the team to achieve all, long and mid- term goals and tasks
