**VISHAY ELECTRONICA DALE DE MEXICO S.A DE C.V.****Solicita**:**Automation Engineer****Descripción y Requisitos**- This position is primarily responsible for the designing, programming, simulating, and testing automated processes and machinery, followed by creating detailed documentation or manuals for the fully functional projects. This position will also support cost improvement projects and variation reduction projects using statistical problem-solving tools. Leadership and guidance are also expected for other engineers and technicians throughout the plant. Directly reports to Advanced Manufacturing Engineer.- Define and develop project proposals, including financials, for new manufacturing processes. This includes the preparation of the eCAR (Equipment Capital Appropriation Request).- Create detailed specifications for new equipment, for the purpose of quoting with external machine builders.- Lead and manage complex machine and process projects from concept through implementation.- Utilize corporate and/ or supervisor guidelines for project implementation.- Support and conduct regular meetings with the technical staff and key plant management to review the status of individual projects.- Lead PFMEA development for new equipment or new process development- Lead cost reduction projects as assigned.- Lead variation reduction projects as assigned. Demonstrated ability utilizing statistical problem-solving techniques is required.- Support plant maintenance and operations teams in system and equipment troubleshooting and in technology transfer- Assist corporate engineering and plant engineering with automation projects.- Provide technical support to all operating and maintenance departments to help trouble shoot and diagnose issues related to PLC and HMI programs.- Develop, implement and monitor automation and control strategies and system architecture for the facilities.- Works with other members of the control systems design department and other groups to continuously improve methods of integrating controls technology, with the goals being enhanced safety, enhanced functionality and improved efficiency.- Act as mentor for other engineers.**REQUIREMENTS**- _ Bachelor's degree in mechatronic, mechanical, automation or electrical engineering_- _ 3 years of experience_- _ Bilingual English/Spanish (oral, written)_- _ Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certification preferred._- _ Demonstrated knowledge of drafting standards and geometric dimensioning and tolerance._- _ Demonstrates ownership of and ability to manage project assignments with a broad scope and high level of complex and able to prioritize and complete work in a timely manner._- _ Demonstrates advanced problem-solving skills through the use of quality and statistical tools._- _ Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and techniques._- Demonstrated knowledge of tooling, gauging, and fixtures design (CAD), development and _implementation._- _ Experience with vision systems (Cognex, Keyence, Omron)_- _ Experience with AutoCAD Electrical for developing electrical schematics._- _ Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing process, technology, PLC, HMI, Servo Motors, Drives, LabView, ICS Network and Automation_- _ ISO-9001 / IATF-16949 /VDA Standards_- _ Experience with SQL, creating various reports, and utilization of database tools._- _ Programming experience with the Allen Bradley family of Programmable Logic Controller (PLCs)_- _ Must be proficient in High-Level programming language (C, C++, C#, Java, etc.) is a plus_Puesto: Ingeniero - Procesos**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
