Design Manager

We are looking for a Design Manager of Global Applications to lead product design initiatives for one of our most important clients , a global-scale platform with advanced AI-driven experiences. This role blends leadership, hands-on design excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate global applications, design systems, and next-generation AI product experiences. As a Design Manager, you will act as a player/coach , guiding designers while delivering high-quality work yourself. You will ensure intuitive, consistent, and industry-leading digital experiences across the platform. What You’ll Do Design Craft & Execution Create high-quality UI designs, wireframes, prototypes, and visual concepts. Leverage leading GenAI design tools (e.g., Lovable, v0, Cursor) for sophisticated prototyping. Deliver pixel-perfect interfaces using Figma. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and UX researchers. Translate research insights into actionable improvements and design opportunities. Align with development requirements, documentation, and design system standards. User-Centered Advocacy Champion user-centered design principles across all initiatives. Ensure every experience is intuitive, accessible, and grounded in strong UX fundamentals. ⚙️ Process Leadership Support structured design processes tied to core business objectives. Elevate UI quality and strengthen platform-wide design patterns. Mentorship & Leadership Manage and mentor one Product Designer, ensuring high-quality output in UI, interaction, and human-centered design. Strategic Partnerships Collaborate with Product Managers and UX leaders to drive design quality and alignment. Facilitate ideation sessions, feasibility reviews, and story-mapping workshops. Design Quality Assurance Conduct thorough UI evaluations, ensuring consistent and scalable patterns across products. Design Culture Building Contribute to an inclusive, growth-oriented design culture across teams. What You’ll Bring 8 years in Product Design, Visual UI, or UX/UI roles. 2 years of experience managing or leading design teams. Experience working with SaaS and enterprise-level applications. A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI expertise and familiarity with AI-driven design tools (Lovable, v0, Cursor). Clear point of view on best practices, design principles, and modern interaction patterns. Ability to present and communicate ideas effectively to stakeholders. Proven collaboration with engineering teams to refine and deliver experiences. Expert-level proficiency in Figma. Strong understanding of the Design Thinking process. Experience contributing to or collaborating on system-wide design initiatives. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or a related field. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React and MUI. Ready to apply?
