Product development Engineer in-Plant resident for Electrified Propulsion systems (Hybrid Vehicles). Mainly responsible of manage engineering changes and quality. Perform as a single point of contact of High Voltage Battery assembly plant at Vehicle assembly Plant. Handle modules and administrate the change and updates of Vehicle powertrain software.- Written and oral communication skills.- Understanding of automotive operations and manufacturing processes.- Knowledge of vehicle systems and components' function.- English proficiency.- A strong feeling for the customer needs and the urge to improve quality.- Takes the initiative and finds innovative ways to solve problems and produce results.- Capacity to deliver effective work in a team environment to solve difficult problems with a positive attitude.- Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering Degree.- Sense of urgency and curiosity- Support and manage issues from manufacturing high voltage battery plants (HEV PTO). Attend and review issues at meetings from High Voltage Battery assembly plants also with suppliers and quality team.- Provide first level investigation / analysis of non-conforming components from High Voltage Bat plants.- Lead vehicle line efforts to achieve the vehicle line functional quality objectives R/1000 / CPU for HEV system, HEV cooling VFGs and Ensure all countermeasures are documented in BSAQ.- Manage the change. Run functional trials, validate SREAs, implement engineering changes for HV cooling and electrified propulsion components, handle shortages and temporary deviations,- Shared responsibilities with VHM for launches, own VHM role for Vin roll launch, for P758 program.- Support NMP Calibration release plan for Cx430 and P758 for small launches.- Develop Presentation for quality forums, Report Out, VQR, Functional Forums.- Lead for HEV systems, calibrations, and Emission CERT Emerging stop ships for HSAP vehicle lines
