Payroll analysis, payments, discounts, advance payment scheduling, monthly closing analysis, variable sales compensation analysis and consolidation of commission payments for assets and terminations, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, global policies, generating value-added services and processes for the Organization.**Your Impact**As **HR Ops Assoc Analyst** your functions would consist of:- Make payments and discounts inputs in HR systems (ADP)- Sheet process analysis and validation- Payment entry in HR systems- Ticket Enlace follow-up and resolution- SOX control- Generate the monthly validation documents- Create file for massive input upload- Validate RVV files for on and off- Responsable for payroll processing, ensuring correct payment in accordance with company policies and current legislation- Validation and payments INSS, IR and FGTS taxes; DIRF.- Payment of salaries and taxes.- Support projects involving payroll- Work on eSocial regimentation and follow the updates- Develop procedures, flows and indicators of payroll process- Work on improving of simplification and automation of payroll processes.- Propose and implement process improvement ensuring information security and legal compliance.Qualifications:**¿Who Are We Looking For?**- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Countability or related fields.- Desirable functional knowledge for HR processes- 2+ years of experience in administrative processes- 80% fluent in Portuguese (verbal and written skills)- Advanced knowledge in Excel**Payroll Tax Analyst**:- 2+ years of experience in Brasilian Payroll Tax- Knowledge in DCTFWeb**Payroll payments Analyst**:- 2+ years of experience in Brasilian Payroll Tax- 1+ years of experience in SAP**What can you expect from us**:- Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.- Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.- Development programs according to Leadership skills.- Specialized training according to the role.- Learning experiences with internal and external providers.- We love to celebrate success, which is why we have recognition programs for seniority, behavior, leadership, moments of life, among others.- Financial wellness programs that will help you reach your goals in all stages of life.- A flexibility program that will allow you to balance your personal and work life, adapting your working day to your lifestyle.- And because your family is also important to us, they can also enjoy benefits such as our Wellness Line, thousands of Agreements and Discounts, Scholarship programs for your children, Aid Plans for different moments of life, among others.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
