**Objective of job**:- Management and coordination of all operationally relevant functions in the production plant of a vehicle development and relocation project including technical elaboration, cross-functional coordination and verification of a coordinated operational (overall) concept in accordance with the plant strategy.**Principle activities**:- Optimization and verification of a strategic and competitive operating concept (from the material control & procurement concept to the customer-specific delivery concept, e.g. through lean check) coordinated with the plant strategy- Participation in the review and evaluation of product manufacturability (e.g. design reviews, design for manufacturing)- Verification of production and delivery capability (e.g. material availability, plant, equipment and tool procurement, quality of components)- Ensuring production and delivery quality according to internal and external objectives (deadline, costs, quality)- Coordination of the ramp up team in the plant (consisting of e.g. production, logistics, quality, IE)- Verification of personnel planning and qualification (direct/indirect) in coordination with plant functions, NPLM headquarters and FPL- Execution of internal and external process series in the plant in coordination with NPLM headquarters- Coordinate the preparation for the release of the complete project management for the operational area (personnel deployment, schedule, plant planning, process, etc.) in coordination with the NPLM headquarters- Participation in the make-or-buy decision, taking into account the surgical strategy- Participation in the contract review (review of enquiry documents) within Operations and elaboration of the impact on costs- Participation in the implementation of risk analyses- Analysis and evaluation of changes (internal/external, participation in negotiations (e.g. scope and costs of changes, etc.) and ensuring implementation- Support in the planning of operation investment & project costs as well as launch and manufacturing costs in coordination with operations management- Support in ensuring compliance with operation investment & project costs as well as operational project metrics, taking into account the overall project budget- Professional management of all operational project members according to the project organization chart (e.g. project staff, specialists, etc.)- Responsible for communication for all operational topics within the project organization in the production plant- Responsibility for operations reporting (e.g. start-up monitor) and provision of data for project reports- Escalate when project objectives are compromised in coordination with NPLM headquarters- Derivation of measures in case of deviation from targets in coordination with the NPLM headquarters/FPL- Preparing the project handover to the production plant- Optimization and development of processes, systems and methods**Job requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or related- Experience 3-5 years- English Advanced Leverl / Business Level**Work experience**:- Expert knowledge of manufacturing Harnesses- Unique knowledge inside de company- Projects Process Planning- Lean manufacturing**Intégrate a nuestro equipo de trabajo y aplica ahora
