Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Administrator located in Tijuana, Mexico.Reporting to the Program Manager, Program Administrator role involves assists with managing key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.What a typical day looks like:- Administrative support and right hand to the Program Administration Manager for various clients.- Maintain up-to-date records, journals and information.- Analyze data to help make critical decisions.- Develop and maintain business relationships with clients.- Leads and coordinates projects/activities with Client Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating cross-departmental work/communication.- Prepares program reports and executive presentations for management, client or others.- May assist in the development and tracking of program metrics.- Direct client contact.Experience we are looking for to join our team:- Bachelor's degree or engineering degree or equivalent work experience- Fluent English, both oral and written.- Intermediate Excel.- ERP (Baan) as a plus.- Knowledge in shipping and logistics.- Experience preferred with medical devicesWhat you will receive for the great work you contribute:- Competitive Salary.- Medical and Life Insurance.- Christmas bonus.- Food vouchers.- Savings Fund.CP68Job CategoryOperations**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
