Whether you are looking for an assembly position or a career in manufacturing management, you can thrive as a member of our team.Android de Mexico is seekingACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALISTSilao, GuanajuatoPrimary Job Responsibilities- Process payable inventory transactions and non-inventory accounts using Android systems.- Correctly match all vendor invoices to supporting documentation.- Monitoring of discrepancies with suppliers.- Make sure A/P coupons and AR bills are coded correctly.- Ensure that disbursements are duly supported and approved.- Periodically review open A/P receipt report and investigate/resolve unusual items.- Review weekly unconfirmed A/P report and investigate/resolve unusual items.- Install recurring A/P checks when needed.- Review A/R aging report and assist with collection of overdue accounts.- Proactively track non-standard A/R balances to ensure customer payment is made on schedule.- Maintain all A/P reports, spreadsheets and A/P files.- Responds to all vendor inquiries.- Assist in monthly closings.- Prepare account analysis as required.Qualifications and Experience- Excellent oral and written ability.- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and QAD programs (or similar programs).- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.- Ability to investigate and solve problems.- Advanced user of Excel.- 2 years of experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and/or general accounting.Bachelor's Degree- Bachelor's Degree accounting.**Traits/Values**:- Hope: The quality of possessing and adhering to positive, optimistic expectation of future events.- Trust: Confidence in one another- Compassion: The quality of an understanding of another's challenges.- Justice: Concern for fairness.- Wisdom: The quality of having good, sound judgement.- Courage: Strength in the face of adversity.Selection ProcessAll qualified applicants will be interviewed.
