Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and cultivate a workplace culture of belonging that views uniqueness as a competitive edge and builds a community that enables our people to push the limits of innovation to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Management Manager located in Guadalajara, South CampusReporting to the Director, Program Management the Program Management Manager role involvesResponsible to leading a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer projects through inception, pricing, development, and manufacturing, providing value to the business unit and Customer.What a typical day looks like:- Be the key channel of communication for Customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.- Demonstrate advance operations, technical skills as well as knowledge in process technologies.- Ability to analyze technical & financial reports and effectively present to internal & external customers.- Coordinate with CFT, necessary actions for target compliance.- Provide Support for contract negotiations and prices definition.- Coordinate Product Life cycle of new Programs and assure the proper alignment to Launch cost and P&L projectionsThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Bachelor´s Degree in Administration or related.- Experience in similar position with experience in Electronics Industry- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience- Focused on NPI's- Knowledge in the electronic manufacturing operation (processes, test, industrial engineering)- NPI- Strong communication skill (English and Spanish)- P&L administration & Quotations- Microsoft Office- Experience with CFT- Experience with demanding clients- Customer Service experience- Project Management experience- People management- MBA & PMP certification is also a plus- PMP certification)What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary- Life & Medical insurance- Christmas Bonus- Food Coupons- Saving Fund.- Life InsuranceAU51Job CategoryOperations**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
