Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Program Management Manager_ _located in _Guadalajara, North._- Reporting to the PMM, Program Management Manager role manages the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met. The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations._What a typical day looks like:- _ Interfacing with customers, including solving customer problems, building relationships, and managing escalations._- _ Leading successfully small to medium-sized projects with cross-functional teams from initiation to completion in a fast-moving environment._- _ Participating in project planning sessions and contributing to timelines and deliverables._- _ Participating in cross-departmental teams to deliver projects or initiatives._- _ Facilitating meetings between different teams to ensure alignment._- _ Effectively presenting project updates to stakeholders and senior leaders._- _ Preparing reports or presentations summarizing project progress and outcomes._- _ Participating in lean initiatives._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_- _ Advanced experience managing cross-functional teams (CFT),_- _ Solid understanding and management of Profit & Loss (P&L)._- _ Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills._- _ Proven experience in the electronic industry._- _ Advanced English level_- _ Nice to have NPI experience._What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.MG61Job CategoryOperations**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
