The Business Unit Group Manager is a senior-level position responsible for Technology financial analysis and planning activities the Banamex Technology Area. These tasks may include managing external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The Business Unit Group Manager may coordinate and manage activities such as the tracking of business financials, employee headcount, MIS, TCO and other administrative needs and ad hoc projects as necessary.**Responsibilities**:- Drive administrative, operational, reporting and quality improvements through partnership with internal teams- Responsible for all cross product financial administrative duties in conjunction with the team, including staffing, quality, risk and applicable regulatory matters- Provide oversight of financial reporting and accrual processes to ensure quality, efficiency and accuracy- Work with Technology leadership to support the financial and productivity strategies- Lead construction of Annual budget for IT area- Coordinate monthly budget control to prevent deviations- Variations on a monthly basis vs plan, vs previous year and vs previous month- Propose strategies to offset variations to plan and gain efficiencies- Extensive knowledge on accounting process of Technology P&L/ WIP and FAR- Manage relationship with different areas outside of Tech to obtain necessary financial approvals require- Create partnership with other areas to generate insight**Qualifications**:- 10+ years of experience in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders working in financial related functions- Management experience, preferably in a financial services role- Knowledge of the financial services industry and GAAP- Demonstrated ability to manage a team- Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments- Consistently demonstrate executive written and verbal communication- Excellent handling of excel- Advanced English (Speaking 100%, Reading and writing 100%)- Responsible, committed and proactive- Collaborative, empathetic and determined- Demonstrated Organizational savinnes**Education**:- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience- Master's degree preferred- **Job Family Group**:Business Strategy, Management & Administration- **Job Family**:Business Administration- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
