In this role you will be part of Printing cell who will contribute to fulfill factory targets, providing to the process the capacity required to accomplish current and future market demand and to achieve factory World Class Manufacturing (WCM) level ambition.The position is based in Queretaro, Mexico and reports to Pre-Press & Printing Process Manager.You must be able to rotate shifts permanentlyTetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.**What you will do**:As a Shift Leader - Printing, you will:- Be responsible for the equipment Quality, Efficiency, Reliability and People development.- Monitor the result of process key performance indicators (KPIs) and People performance.- Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality, machine efficiency, etc.- Coordinate production schedule among different working processes in collaboration with production planning department.**We believe you have**:- You must be able to rotate shifts permanently- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.- 4 years of experience in manufacturing processes, with dynamic environment.
