A distinguished Premium Spirits Group is looking for an IT Director in charge of analyzing specific business needs and proposing operating models based on information technologies to make efficient and facilitate staff members’ work.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Create a flexible, secure, and scalable IT architecture that continually streamlined the availability of valuable business resources.- Maintain and improve the direction of the company's technical strategy.- Determine plans to ensure the adoption of new technology throughout the company and avoid underuse of technological resources.- Enable and maintain the portfolio of SLAs for the delivery of IT services.- Define and maintain IT governance that includes investment prioritization and justification, spending controls and budget management for a bimodal IT (innovation and operation).- Supplier management and service outsourcing.- Define and implement computer security controls.- Execution of highly complex technological projects.- Presents technological alternatives as needed.- Guarantees the quality of infrastructure, support, and information security services.- Evaluates the security measures implemented and monitors their continuous improvement.- Participates in the development of guidelines, rules, and procedures.- Participates in the strategy on functional and operational procedures of his unit.- Complies with the guidelines, standards and administrative and technical procedures established by the organization.- The functions are not limited to those listed but to all those that are required to achieve the objectives of your position.- Responsible for the implementation of ISO27000 within the Blue Class.- Participates in the development of guidelines, rules, and procedures.- Coordinates the integration of multiplatform systems or with shared infrastructure.**COMPETENCIES**- Focus on results - Achievement of Objectives- Planning- Service attitude- Adherence to norms- Effective Communication- Honesty- Initiative- Emotional Intelligence- Leadership - People Development and Respect- Conflict management and Problem solving**REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor of Systems, Systems Engineer or Bachelor of Computer Science or similar.- Master's degree in digital transformation, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
