**What you will do**:As a Materials Supply Supervisor, you will lead the materials supply function, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of materials to support production and operational activities at the Nuevo Leon Plant. Your responsibilities will include overseeing inventory levels, managing supplier relationships, and implementing processes to optimize material flow.**How you will do it**:- Manage and coordinate supply chain activities to ensure on-time delivery of materials.- Monitor inventory levels and manage replenishment strategies to maintain optimal stock.- Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance and implement improvements as necessary.- Collaborate with production teams to address material needs and resolve supply-related issues.- Utilize SAP and other tools to track material movements, inventory levels, and supplier performance metrics.- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the supply chain process.- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.**What we offer**:- Competitive salary.- Paid vacation/holidays/sick time.- Comprehensive benefits package including 401K, medical, dental, and vision care.- On-the-job and cross-training opportunities.- Encouraging and collaborative team environment.- Commitment to safety through our Zero Harm policy.**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in materials management or supply chain roles.- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
