IT Administrator

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords- Deploy and maintain desktop, thin client stations- Deploy and maintain printers, scanners, and other input devices- Deploy and maintain desktop phones, soft-phones, and conference room equipment- Operate and maintain local area networks, track significant problems and monitor performance- Ensure that all IT equipment complies with industry standards- Analyze and resolve issues, whether it is a major system crash or a forgotten password;- Train and support users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence- Participate in both long and short term technology planning '- Maintain material traceability as required.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to users- 10 years of experience or higher- Computers and related technologies- Components of local area networks- Local area network architecture- Microsoft operating systems Windows 7, 8, 10, Server 201x- Microsoft products such as Office 2016, Office 365, Teams- Understanding of thin client technology Citrix, RDS- Knowledge of Windows Active Directory, AzureAD- **Bilingual English/Spanish (required)**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesBeneficios:- Vales de despensaPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿cuál es tu nível de inglés?- ¿cuál es tu expectativa salarial?Escolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- IT: 10 años (Deseable)- network: 5 años (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
