This opportunity is waiting for youThis is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our office in Mexico City**Aon is in the business of best decisions**:At Aon, we shape decisions for improvement to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organization, we are united through trust as an inclusive and diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.**Purpose of the position**:The Controller in Mexico is responsible for ensuring that the Company's Financial Statements are correct in all its components, following Aon's accounting and financial policies, as well as with the accounting principles applicable to the different companies of the Aon group in the country.His main responsibilities will be General Accounting, Internal Control, Taxes and Treasury.**Skills and experience that will lead to success.**- Experience: More than 5 years in managerial level positions in the areas of Accounting, Comptroller, Tax, Auditing or related area.- Strong Technical Knowledge: Financial Statements, Account Analysis, Project Management.- Working Capital Management- Experience in dealing with external auditors and tax authorities- Experience in general ledger functions and the month/year end closing process- Languages: English.- Technological Tools: Proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point.**How we support our colleagues**:In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
