**_MANAGER LEGAL_**:**_Role Purpose- **:**_This person will focus on change and innovation projects within the Legal Function, including changes to function processes, systems and technology. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
