Are you ready to make an impact where it really counts?**Your responsibilities**:The position is responsible for overseeing all Legal and Compliance matters in Mexico and Central America (Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, and Honduras), as part of the CAMEX EH Leadership Team. The role covers a broad range of areas, including commercial and corporate matters, Intellectual Property, Data Privacy, Antitrust, Labor issues, and general day-to-day legal support.**The experience we're looking for**:- Solid background in contract law, corporate governance and compliance management, honed in a corporate or law firm setting.- Proficient in problem-solving, equipped with sharp analytical skills and a detail-oriented outlook.- Ability to communicate complex legal information clearly to diverse audiences.- Adept at juggling multiple tasks and thriving in a dynamic environment that values timely delivery.- Committed to continuous improvement; a brilliant legal mind who is always seeking better ways to serve.- **Education**: Law Degree (preferably Master of Laws - LLM).- **Experience**: 3-4 years in a similar role, ideally in a law firm or legal department within Consumer Pharma.- **Language**: Advanced English (90-100% proficiency).- **Technical Skills**: Proactive, ability to manage different jurisdictions.**The skills for success**:Integrity, Corporate Governance, Compliance Management, Solutions Focused, Excellent Communication Skills, Risk management, Intellectual property, Patents, Commercial contracts, Marketing, Teamwork, Fact-based Decision Making, Ability to manage and prioritize workload, Continuous Improvement Mindset, Legal Services, Process Optimisation, Qualified Lawyer.**What we offer**:- With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
