1. Analyze sales and expenses based on operation to prepare comprehensive annual budget; analyze variances strategically between actual and budgeted financial statements.2. Manage monthly and quarterly financial reporting process; lead entity internal financial communications; develop and present financial analysis to the company.3. Oversee the preparation of the company’s financial statements to ensure accuracy and on a timely basis.4. Engage in strategic planning and decision-making to provide advice and guidance on financial strategy, to provide input into the development of business strategy, and to provide financial support for new business development, both for short-term and long-term.5. Allocate financial resources to support business plans, including accounts receivable collection, accounts payable, cash flow, etc.6. Develop and implement an internal audit program to ensure that the company complies with financial procedures, accounting practices and tax regulations.7. Develop and maintain all necessary systems, policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management within the company.8. Collaborate with different teams in the company to ensure efficient and cost-effective processes to increase the profitability of the entity, and to improve operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement and growth.9. Train and mentor all entity finance personnel; assigns work based on availability, skills, and developmental needs; evaluates performance of direct reports and provides feedback.**Work Experience Requirements**1. More than 10 years of experience in the finance and accounting area.2. Exceptional analytical, problem solving and communication skills with extensive experience advising senior leaders, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture.3. Advanced understanding of Mexican Accounting Standards, IFRS and closing/reporting processes.4. Strong experience leading and developing high performing teams in an ambiguous environment.5. Strong resourcefulness and ability to find or develop compelling data given limited resources and time.6. Demonstrated expertise with building financial models and processes using MS Excel.**Education Requirements**1. Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or related field.2.
