RESPONSIBILITIES- Assists with creation, reviewing, and systems-entry of new product specifications, ECNs, tests, procedures, user manuals, submittal drawings, and sales literature.- Should be able to generate the CFD mesh/model and run steady/ transient flow/thermal analysis using different software’s and analyze the simulation results as well as prepare the reports clearly and independently.- Utilize the analytical skill set and simulation tools to analyze the fluid flow systems and recommendations for design improvements.- Should be able to Interpret analysis results for base design and suggest modification.- Working with contract resources and/or manufacturers for prototype/production builds- Assists with troubleshooting of escalated or re-occurring field issues with aid from the simulations.- Works closely with technicians and junior engineers, providing technical support and guidance.- Collaborates with other groups, including Electrical, Mechanical, Control engineers, System test, customer support, and manufacturing.QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor of Science in Thermal, Mechanical, Aerospace, Heat power Engineering or equivalent.- CFD analysis experience (Steady / Transient, Laminar / Turbulence flow, multi-Phase flow, Evaporation, etc.) in CFD Analysis software Such as FloTHERM, 6SigmaDC, Fluent- Master’s degree on Thermal science preferred.- Comfortable in working with Creo preferred or any other CAD software.- 5 + Years of engineering on DX and CW Refrigeration system development/Design.- Comprehensive understanding of the Refrigeration system.- Working proficiency of mechanical and Thermal design concepts.- Experience with thermal Design software such as Refprop, Colidesinger or equivalent analysis package desired.- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve (and prevent) a wide range of problems quickly and logically.- Excellent planning, organizing, documentation, and communication skills.- Ability to multitask and operate in cross functional Global Development Teams.
