And if that’s you we would love to have you join usJob DescriptionAs an Order Management Rep, you will manage the quick and efficient processing of customer/purchase orders for repairing defective 3rd party electrical and mechanical products.You will provide "world class" customer service to 12-15 customer locations, which includes managing approximately 250 repair orders ensuring of quotes, delivery promises, and order status to the customer; guide quick resolution of pricing, quality and delivery issues.You will also be a liaison with Accounting to resolve any account payable discrepancies.Create and distribute daily or weekly reporting of departmental metrics, may need to help develop new metrics.Reporting to a Manufacturing SupervisorWork hybrid from Cuautitlan, Mexico.Your Responsibilities:- You will work for the total order cycle time.- You will collaborative work to improve customer service rate, execution time, costs and service Indicators.- You will negotiate directly with Rockwell distributors and local repair suppliers.- You will develop plans to improve times.The Essentials - You Will Have:- Bachelor in any related areas.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:- Advanced English.- 1 year of experience in SAP and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).- 1 year of experience in Supply Chain and in the customer service function.What We Offer:Our benefits package includes- Comprehensive mindfulness programs with a premium membership to Calm- Volunteer Paid Time off available after 6 months of employment for eligible employees- Company volunteer and donation matching program - Your volunteer hours or personal cash donations to an eligible charity can be matched with a charitable donation.- Employee Assistance Program- Personalized wellbeing programs through our OnTrack program- On-demand digital course library for professional development... and other local benefits- We believe that employee diversity is a key element of our common future.
