**ABOUT THE ROLE****HOW**YOU WILL** CONTRIBUTE**- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements- Provide feedback and recommendations to the recruiting team and hiring managers based on screening interviews- Utilize innovative technologies and available tools to streamline recruitment workflows, enhance efficiency, and deliver a high-quality hiring process.**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**- 3+ years of experience in recruiting.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Comfortable speaking with a wide range of professionals over phone/video- Strong communication skills (English/Spanish) with business proficiency in English language is essential- Experience in ATS and TA tools; experience with Workday Recruiting strongly preferred- Microsoft Office suite skills (Outlook, Excel, etc.)- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail; ability to multitask and handle a large volume of tasks**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**- Experience recruiting in pharma/biotech/life sciences- Familiarity with AI tools for sourcing/screening- Regional hiring experience (US & Canada)**More about us**:At Takeda, we are transforming patient care through the development of novel specialty pharmaceuticals and best in class patient support programs.
