**Descripción**:**Responsabilidades**:We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee our Distribution Center (DC) operations, ensuring seamless material flow and logistics efficiency.**Purpose**:To coordinate and control DC operations, focusing on optimizing logistics processes and enhancing planning efficiency.**Main Responsibilities**:- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations.- Oversee inventory control and accuracy within the DC.- Ensure on-time delivery performance to internal and external customers.- Collaborate with production planning, procurement, and customer service teams.- Manage logistics KPIs (on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, lead times, etc.).- Supervise logistics and warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in DC operations.- Manage carrier performance and transportation costs.- Guarantee compliance with customs and trade regulations.- Participate in audits and support corrective actions related to DC and logistics.**Requisitos**:**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, planning, or DC management.- Strong leadership and analytical skills.- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred).- Advanced English level.- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.**Key Competencies**:- Strategic thinking- Problem-solving- Team leadership- Communication and collaboration- Results orientationIf you’re ready to take on this exciting opportunity and make an impact in our logistics operations, we’d love to hear from youJobOpportunity #Logistics #SupplyChain #Operations #JoinOurTeam
