Lead the team to collaborate across geographic and organizational boundaries to further the transformation and digitalization agenda for the function, as well as deliver business results for Pep + through the harmonization of best practices for all OUs across LATAM.**Your Impact****As Procurement Finance Indirects Manager, your scope would consist of **- Establish a governance around spend analytics in order to gain deeper insights of current white spaces for OPEX and A&M _(making decisions)_- Lead the transformation and digialitzation strategy for the Procurement Finance team in order to standardize and agilize the end-to-end forecasting processes across categories _(making decisions)_- Coordinate and align support for other mid/long-term business priorities agendas (Sustainability, WWP) by leading cross-functional efforts in order to meet business’ sustainability goals _(executing actions)_- Leverage relationships outside of PepsiCo to provide valuable feedback regarding design-to-value productivity initiatives in the industry in order to bring P&L savings to the business _(providing consultation)_- Review, align, and approve accurate financial deliverables (AOP, monthly forecasts, sensitivity analysis, end-of-month reports, coverage) that support OUs correct financing planning needed to reach their VRN targets (Volume/Revenue/NOPBT) _(making decisions)_- Provide ad hoc financial analysis for LATAM’s Indirects Procurement Senior Director, which should give total cost of ownership visibitliy needed to make better financial decisions regarding PepsiCo’s supplier selection that will translate in savings _(providing consultation)_- Build and track the commercial DPO target, driving productivity initiatives to generate incremental Cash flow to PEP while providing payment increase opportunities insights monthly _(executing actions)_Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?**- BA in Finance / Economics / Administration- 6-8 years of experience in Finance/ Administration roles- Advanced proficiency business English both oral and written- Strong analytical skills and financial knowledge- Strong interpersonal and communications skills- Usage and knowledge of the Microsoft tools and PowerBI/SQL/VBA- Leverage knowledge of core business and trade economics to make informed decisions that result in positive financial outcomes- Analyze and anticipate performance trends and external events; provide recommendations to drive business results- Lead the development of long-term strategies and performance targets; make informed recommendations and ensure alignment with the business strategy- Provide timely and accurate information for management reporting; generate insightful and significant business analyses- Provide finance business perspective in developing Operations projects- Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others- Advocate sound financial/business decision making while demonstrating honesty/integrity- Adaptable to multi-cultural environment- Strong collaboration/matrix management.**What can you expect from us**:- Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.- Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.- Development programs according to Leadership skills.- Specialized training according to the role.- Learning experiences with internal and external providers.- We love to celebrate success, which is why we have recognition programs for seniority, behavior, leadership, moments of life, among others.- Financial wellness programs that will help you reach your goals in all stages of life.- A flexibility program that will allow you to bala
