This leadership position’s highest responsibility is to ensure MetaMap will grow it's product lines in a way that will increase defensibility and place the company as a clear industry leader.You will be working with the rest of the senior leadership to ensure we can keep scaling MetaMap and build a borderless world.**Key Responsibilities**- Oversees key projects, processes, and performance reports, data, and analysis.- Build world-class product teams successful at product discovery; having outcome-based roadmaps (not output).- Lead company product development strategy in alignment with business goals, desired member experience, member feedback, and overall market opportunity to ensure industry leadership.- Collaborate with members of the management team and members leaders to determine requirements and develop products that support strategic relationships and member needs. Provide direction to stakeholders and product managers.- Manage a diverse portfolio of Products along with developing new products to add to the portfolio.- Streamline and integrate processes and communication between Strategic Communications and Product in support of the company's product development direction, timelines, budgets and overall sales revenue objectives.- Develop and recommend budgets to management; including staff utilization, technology, facility and equipment requirements and improvements.- Manage a global staff to ensure skills, knowledge, and abilities meet the needs of the organization.- Represent, advocate for and manage organization and product development goals through relationships with industry service providers, associations, and other resources.- Align and implement products created through strategic relationships/partnerships with over-arching company product strategic direction.**Skills & Experience**- 15 years of experience in product management & 5+ years experience in management with increasing leadership responsibilities.- Ability to collaborate and develop organizational product strategy.- Budget Management for a multi-million dollar department.- Experience with product conception, launch, and roll out.- Ability to manage a multicultural team and build a positive work culture.- Experience managing a large organization (20-50 people).- Experience with scaling products to 200M in revenue.- Fluent English skills.- MetaMap is building tools that power a borderless world where everyone has equal access to opportunity based on their merits.
