Your contributions will directly impact our clients' financial freedom while helping Equivity maintain its standing as a leader in the industry.**What You’ll Do**:- Manage inbound calls from high-quality, pre-screened leads- Prospecting and following up on past qualified leads- Assist clients with understanding their debt relief options and guide them through the settlement process- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic, clear, and accurate communication- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve strategies for client success and retention**What We’re Looking For**:- Experience in debt settlement is preferred- Sales experience is a plus- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Ability to manage high-volume calls and work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude- English 90%- Previous experience in phone sales or customer service is required**What We Offer**:- Salary: 18,000 - 25,000 MXN Pesos per month (gross salary)- ** Commission Opportunity**: Earn up to **MX$20,000** in additional commissions starting in the 2nd month- Paid online English courses for language development.- Enjoyment of proportional vacations days- Full-time position- A progressive company culture where your ideas are valuedE04JI802n1q2407ul6f
