About the campaign:
We help people to get out of debt by offering a program that helps them settle their debt with credit cards and personal loans with up to 60% discount and no interest.

Job position name:
Customer Service

Job position purpose:
Responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients in our debt relief program with a strong focus on client retention and successful program completion.

**Requirements**:
3+ years of customer service experience (preferably in debt settlement or banking)

Experience in call center environment

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Strong follow-up and organizational skills

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Positive, upbeat, and professional demeanor

Must be proficient with computers, specifically with windows-based programs such as MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Ability to type 30 WPM

Schedule and job proposal:
$4,500 weekly base salary

Tuesday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:30 pm Saturdays: 6:00 AM PST - 3:30 PM PST.

**SUNDAY AND MONDAY OFF**

Other incentives:
$ 400 weekly performance bonus

$ 500 weekly punctuality and attendance bonus
