Tala México y Pypper empresa líder en la recuperación de cartera vencida por crecimiento solicita:**“KYC Operations Analyst”****Como KYC (Know Your Customer) Operations Analyst, serás responsable de garantizar que todos los procedimientos de debida diligencia se completen con precisión y en tiempo para cumplir con las regulaciones y políticas internas. Tu papel implica investigar y analizar la información del cliente para verificar su identidad y mitigar riesgos.****Responsabilidades**:Realizar revisiones exhaustivas de la documentación proporcionada por los clientes para cumplir con los estándares KYC.Identificar y evaluar posibles riesgos asociados con las relaciones comerciales y las transacciones.Mantener registros precisos y completos de los procesos de debida diligencia.Colaborar con otros departamentos para resolver problemas y asegurar la precisión de la información recopilada.Mantenerse actualizado sobre las regulaciones KYC y procedimientos internos.**Requisitos**:Grado universitario en Finanzas, Economía, Derecho u otro campo relacionado.Experiência previa en funciones de KYC o cumplimiento normativo preferida.Conocimiento sólido de regulaciones financieras y procedimientos KYC.Habilidades analíticas fuertes y atención al detalle.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.**Competencias Clave**:Comprensión de las regulaciones financieras y de cumplimiento.Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y cumplir con plazos estrictos.Orientación hacia la calidad y precisión.Capacidad para adaptarse a cambios y aprender rápidamente.**Ofrecemos**:Sueldo Base netoPrestaciones de leyCrecimiento a corto plazoExcelente ambiente laboral**Si te encuentras interesado en nuestra vacante ponte en contacto con nosotros al o bien lanza tú postulación por este medio.**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $15,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
