Line Quality Engineer

Requisition ID: 38266- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXDanfoss is looking for an experienced Line Quality Engineer to join our team. You will be expected to excel in a fast pace, growing company and thrive in a culture of continuous improvement. You will need to have outstanding interpersonal communication skills to deal with customers, co-workers and suppliers.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.- Support and control that the QMS processes is executed in accordance with QMS processes including conducting of audits where applicable- Act as a facilitator to make sure quality tools is used in all relevant manufacturing processes and that the tools are used in the right way- Control that the quality control points are established and maintained in the factory and executed according to the Control Plan- Control that needed quality tools and documentation is developed and implemented before new product release (NPD M5)- Control that needed quality documentation is developed and implemented before product and process changes are released (Change Control M5)- Control that product audits are planned and executed according to the plan and that corrective and preventive actions is made in case of nonconformities (8D)- Support and control that containment, corrective and preventive actions are implemented, verified and validated (8D)- Control that the waivers and concession approval process on parts, products and manufacturing processes are correctly executed and Participate in approval of waivers on parts and internal manufacturing processes.- Participate in the Continuous Improvement process to support the execution of improvement projects in line with the quality plan (Quality One Pagers)**Background & Skills**:- Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in a technical discipline is required.- _3-5 years of experience in quality area_- Previous quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, Six - Sigma Greenbelt, APQP (TS Toolbox),- Required experience in using problem solving skills such as 8D’s, 5 why’s, fishbone diagrams- Proficient English**Employee Benefits**:We are excited to offer you the following benefits with your employment:- Bonus system- Paid vacation- Flexible working hours- Personal insurance- Communication package- Opportunity to join Employee Resource Groups- State of the art virtual work environment**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
