Requisition ID: 24129Job Location(s):Apodaca, MXDanfoss is looking for an experienced manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team. You will be expected to excel in a fast pace, growing company and thrive in a culture of continuous improvement. You will need to have outstanding interpersonal communication skills to deal with customers, co-workers and suppliers.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.- Driving continuous improvement through irreversible corrective actions to field issues, process capability and incoming inspection analysis.- Implementation/maintenance of calibration and measurement system analysis systems.- Adherence and improvement of Quality Management System through document control.- Ability to conduct and drive adherence to certification through internal auditing.- Analyze and initiate continuous improvement through quality metrics (reliability data, PPM, cost).**Background & Skills**:- Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in a technical discipline is required.- 3 or plus years of experience as Quality Engineer in a manufacturing company.- Preferred experience in following quality tools: PPAP, MSA, calibration, Control Plans, PFMEA, and detailed manufacturing work instructions.- Previous quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment required with preferred experience with IATF 16949:2016.- Required experience in using problem solving skills such as 8D’s, 5 why’s, fishbone diagrams- Proficient at Microsoft Excel and a statistical analysis program (Minitab).**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
