Now Hiring: Bilingual Case Manager (Remote – LATAM) English & Spanish | Full-Time | U.S. Law Firms About the Role Legal Staff Now is hiring a highly organized and experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to support U.S.-based law firms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing cases from intake through settlement while working in a remote environment. This is a long-term opportunity for professionals looking to grow within the legal field while working with top U.S. attorneys. Key Responsibilities Manage personal injury cases from intake to resolution Personal Injury (PI) experience preferred Maintain consistent communication with clients, attorneys, and medical providers Request, review, and organize medical records and bills Track treatment progress, demand packages, and settlement statuses Coordinate liens, subrogation, and case documentation Update case management systems accurately and consistently Ensure all deadlines and follow-ups are completed on time Support attorneys with trial preparation when needed Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Case Manager in a U.S. Personal Injury law firm(Preferred) Strong understanding of: Motor vehicle accidents Premises liability Slip & fall Insurance claims and negotiations Experience with legal software such as: Filevine, Litify, Clio, MyCase, SmartAdvocate (or similar) Excellent English communication skills (Bilingual preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps) Ability to work independently in a remote environment What We Offer 100% remote position Competitive hourly pay based on experience Stable long-term placement with U.S. law firms Professional growth and development Supportive recruiting and onboarding team
