All employees outside San Francisco headquarter work remotely.Elife is a Startup developing innovative technology in the passenger transport industry, providing any type of ground transportation worldwide, including Group/event transportation, NEMT transportation, senior and disability transportation, pet relocation, and bilingual driver for non-English speak clients.Our market is the world. Our customers are everywhere. Our platform and apps are built on the cloud. We have endless exciting problems to solve and we only use the best and latest technology.BASE SALARY $ 750m usd monthly PLUS KPI´s (400usd).**Responsibilities**:- Analytical thinking- Growth Strategies for sales and therefore revenue increase- Pricing- Problem solving- Make calls to the appropriate driver in order to assign a ride. Performing Last Minute assignment.- Contact Drivers for rates negotiation and onboarding- Assisting with internal communications with CS, QA, and other Suppliers' Sales.- Customer Service support.**Experience**:- 2 years’ experience working in Tourism & services sector, tourism product management.- 2 years' experience working in travel agencies, hotel or any tourism (require)- Knowledge of the for-hire vehicle industry.- Operational skills- Strategy implementation experience (require)- Impeccable problem-solving skills.- Excellent English verbal and written communication.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, power point, etc).- Able to accommodate a full-time schedule 6 days a week- Ability to prioritize and manage their time effectively- Fast paced work environnement- Attention to details**Benefits**:- 100% Remote job, no need to commute to or from office.- Earn high commission and KPI.- Work in a startup company with great growth potential on leadership and responsibility.- Collaborate with a multi-cultural team members distributed over in US, Mexico, China, Argentina, Turkey and Malaysia.Industry- Transportation/Trucking/Railroad / TOURISMApplication Question(s):- Tourism or Transportation sector experience**Experience**:- Pricing: 2 years (required)- Sales: 2 years (required)- Customer service: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English proficiency (required)Work Location: Remote
