As a RETAIL TRAINING ADVISOR, you will encourage and assure our customers perform with the highest quality by the identification of training needs in Cancun, Quintana Roo**Key Responsibilities**:- Perform training needs analysis on our concessionaires stores teams to provide them with the skills needed to operate efficiently and with the finest customer service standards.- Provide our customers teams with any needed training to help them grow and achieve proficiency in any soft or technical skill to perform up to company's standard.- Work with other areas to help build or custom any learning material needed for the trainings.- Improve and craft training programs, provide training to managers and directors.**Qualifications**:- Previous experience as a trainer or equivalent ideally for retail or commercial structures.- Self driven person, comfortable performing under pressure in a high performance environment and passionate for training.- Graduated from a Bachelor's or higher degree; preferably in Administration, Pedagogy, Communication or equivalent.- Fluent English proficiency**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
