As a RETAIL TRAINING ADVISOR, ensure the performance and improvement of our customers with the highest quality by identifying training needs**Key Responsibilities**- To be a consultant for the dealer network on training, technical, commercial and on-line issues.- Encourage and follow up on the training strategies of the area and its dealers.- Efficiently provide on-line and face-to-face commercial training in México and different states.- Improve and increase the OE indicators in the service part in your area.- Follow up the basic practices through the business consultant.**Qualifications**- Previous proven experience as a trainer or equivalent, in commercial or retail structures.- Bachelor's or higher degree; preferably in education, psychology, pedagogy or equivalent.- English proficiency.- Full travel availability to deliver face-to-face courses when required.- Self-directed individual, comfortable working under pressure in a dedication environment and passionate about training.**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
