We are hiring an **Learning and Development** Intern**who will be helping the team with project management activities**What you will be doing**:- Support the LMS migration to a new platform.- Will support the project lead as the project manager creating the project plan, critical tasks, milestones, and assignments, managing on time completion on tasks.- Support administrative tasks on downloading content from old LMS and uploading content to new LMS.- Help create training material for user guides on how to navigate new LMS.- Support with assigned tasks in the project plan as needed.**Who you are**:**Required Skills and Competencies**- Currently studying a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, International Relations or related- Advanced written and oral English (98% or above)- Full time availability (7am- 4pm)- To graduate at least on December 2026 or later.**Preferred Skills and Competencies**- Project Management- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Collaboration- LMS experience preferred- Ability to learn new technologies quickly**Why people choose to work with us**:At Steelcase, we put people at the center of everything we do.
