**TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR.****HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**- **Legal and compliance** - A big part of this role is monitoring background check results and overseeing the physical exam results. You will make informed decisions to proceed or cancel the hiring process and at times, looping in our Legal team when we need additional support and guidance.- **Metrics** - Everything we do is tracked and monitored within our ATS. We also make commitments to our business partners through achieving and exceeding our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).- **Team Player **- Partnering with the team and offer support where needed on requisitions. Other items include pulling reports, opening requisitions, performing duplicate checks, project work, managing the Case Management tickets and USA Recruitment mailbox. The team also updates training documents and capacity on a regular basis.- ** Continuous Improvement** - We love to improve processes and the ways we work.
