Embrace the challenge of redefining industry standards, and leave your mark on the world of electronics.**Key Job Accountabilities**:- Regarded as a "go to" technical specialist, leader and mentor within their Manufacturing discipline; and/or regarded as a cross-discipline leader and mentor for product / process development, process improvement or troubleshooting within site/ region, as it applies to their role.- Serves as a technical and/or project team lead providing technical guidance/ training, controlling scope, schedule, budget and ensuring overall technical success on small to mid-size Plexus Manufacturing Processes, as it applies to their role.- Leads continuous improvement activities associated with their engineering discipline and/or project-level tools or processes, as it applies to their role.- Provides customer service leadership in project technical discussions, business continuity and new proposal creation.**Education/Experience Qualifications**:- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or science is required; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher is preferred.- Minimum Eight (8) years of related experience is required.- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.- English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency required.**Other Qualifications**:- Strong Computer Skills- Strong Decision Making, Problem Solving Skills- Strong Verbal and Written Communications Skills- Strong Analytical and statistical analysis Skills; Statistical Process Control Software Skills- Strong Cross-Discipline Development Knowledge- Strong understand Structured Design- Ability to develop good working relationships with team members and customers- Lab tool/ test/measurement equipment experience preferred**Physical Requirements**:N/A**Travel Requirements**:Up to 25% travel- This document does not represent a contract of employment and is not intended to capture every possible assignment the incumbent could be asked to perform._
