As a LPD Technical Services, you will be part of the global LPD organization for the Livestock Poultry And Dairy of Business. This role will be responsible for be the first contact for customers in resolving technical product and software queries, technical consultations, training, creation of new laboratories for poultry, meat, cattle and dairy industry lines within the territory of Latin America. Communicating the true value of our products and services is at the heart of our IDEXX’s commercial business..What You Need to SucceedDegree in Veterinary Medicine, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biology, Pharmacobiology and Related Chemistry.Advanced in English and Fluent Spanish; written and verbal.Experience in a laboratory environment for ELISA and PCR techniques in the veterinary industry with emphasis on serological methods and molecular biology in real time is required.Contact with customers for consultations, queries and interviews.Maintain case records in CRM as a follow-up.Carry out and coordinate investigation into product complaints and provide a solution in a timely manner.Provide statistical reports on the status of product queries and provide recommendations on their resolution.Visit laboratories for trainingIdentify new sales opportunities coordinated with the commercial department.**What we offer**:We offer a meaningful and exciting environment where you have the opportunity to be yourself, innovate and grow personally and professionally.
