Our global company employs more than 15,000 people in 65 countries, with world headquarters in Greensboro, North Carolina, and regional headquarters in Geneva and Hong Kong.Job Posting:RESPONSIBILITIES- Accountable for developing, proposing, overseeing, and implementing the business strategy for multiple soft and hardline categories including Apparel/Accessories/Footwear/Home and Personal Care- Develops strategies and business plans by brand and category- Responsible for new business and revenue growth opportunities with existing licensees- Acts as an ambassador for the brand. Researches and understands competitive landscape, analyzes market trends, consumer trends, and retailer/industry needs- Develop and implement product strategies, merchandise, and marketing plans to ensure that sales are maximized- Partner with regional sales and brand in assortment/retail planning and sales pitches- Manage licensee portfolio - contract negotiation, data analysis, product assortment approvals, as well as the day-to-day relationship with licensees- Some day-to-day administrative duties including coordination of Licensing summits.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Excellent Oral and written skills - English Language B2/C1- Highly detail oriented, excellent organizational and project management skills- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field- Excellent MS Excel/PowerPoint skills- 5 years Licensing experience for a national brand or relevant Licensing Agency experience.
